It’s Justine and Olivia - yes, we’re still here! It’s been a few years since our last email. We’re both still partners at a16z, working with startups across sectors and stages.
We started Accelerated to help more people find their way into tech and startups. Connecting readers with career opportunities was one of our favorite parts, and we’d love to pick that thread back up.
If we were early in our careers in 2026, we would join an AI startup. It’s a unique time where there are many opportunities available to join rocketship companies - you can learn quickly, take ownership of meaningful projects, and help build something great.
